Haha it the time of the year when I have my birthday 2nd September- This year is the most special BECAUSE there will be no birthday cake - Don't get me any : Unless it's a Cheesecake - Yum Yum !! . Next year, I'll turn Quarter of the Century, Sushh !!
Meanwhile , please have slice of Virtual Non-fat Birthday cake - won't make me fat but might make me get the real one though

Those who just got married - My congrutulations and best wishes !! Life may not be smooth but the support from all the friends & your hubby or your wife and a listening ear is all there is to smoothen out the bumps.(Please note that personal adjustment is up to the individual, although your friends can share with you the solutions; but you'll need to implement them)
Those who are married & in relationships - find other ways to spice up the relationship, it will matter to your significant other
For those with kids, thanks for letting me know your Babes ! On to another phase of life - Take heart in your friend's support and listening ears.
Smokies : I don't wanna friends to die on me. My Paternal grand dad died of smokie & lung cancer amongst other things a few years back; it is not a pretty sight nor enjoyable period. Same goes for my Maternal grand dad who died of lung cancer . .. For those who are trying to quit - Keep It going !!!
These days I'm still on HRM course till Nov end [where the exams are], three times a week.
