This coming Feb 8 is the 1st day of the Chinese Lunar New Year !
And by the Zodiac , it will be the year of the Golden Rooster !
Happy New Year to one & all ~ & may Health & Good Opputunities follow ! Why do I say this instead of the Prosperous New Year ?
This year, some Feng Shui Masters in Singapore & Malaysia are saying that do not welcome the God of Wealth as the position of the Wealth will co-incide with the 'Wu Gui' which denotes the position in the house/apartment which signifies poor health an/or death. So ever if you have the wealth, you may not be able to enjoy it.
This year is also not suitable for those who are planning to get married. By the Chinese horoscope calculations for the birth characters for suitability for the dates to get married, none of the dates within this year is suitable. The reason given is that the marriage within this lunar year of the rooster will result in widowhood.
How true ? The topic is subjective, but if any one is trying & a couple of years forward let me know how it went.
However, back to the festivities, I hope this lunar year will open up more opputunities for myself in terms of work and have better health and better family relations.
